過去54年間、毎年の始まりには「世界経済フォーラム（WEF）」の「年次総会」が恒例行事となっています。1971年にクラウス・シュワブ教授がダボスで「欧州経営フォーラム（European Management Forum）」として創設して以来、このイベントには常に世界の「リーダー」たちが集結してきました。
PDIE Group は世界中の知見を持つリーダーを集め、より良い未来を共創することを目指しています。今年は私たちもダボスに赴き、以下の3つのイベントを開催しました。
1. Global Ecosystems, Local Action – Financing Innovation for Planetary Health
2. The New Civilization Project Roundtable
3. The Future is Fungi Award
本レポートでは、これらのイベントの参加者やダボスでの体験を一部ご紹介します。
フォーラムでは1週間という短期間で数多くのイベントが同時多発的に開催され、さまざまな層や形で人々がつながることができます。
主要なフォーラム会場は各国首脳や世界企業のCEO、リーダーが集う場ですが、その周辺ではサイドイベントと呼ばれる多くの代替イベントが行われています。SDG TentやWisdom Houseなども印象的でした。

Since the last 54 years, the year has always started with the “Annual Meeting” of the World Economic Forum. Founded by Prof. Klaus Schwab as European Management Forum in Davos in 1971, this event always attracted the “leaders” of this world.
PDIE Group is bringing together thought leaders from all over the world to co-create a better tomorrow. We have been in Davos this year and organized three different events
1. Global Ecosystems, Local Action – Financing Innovation for Planetary Health
2. The New Civilization Project Roundtable
3. The Future is Fungi Award
We will showcase some of the participants and their experiences in Davos.
The Forum has lots of events happening in only a week and there is a multitude of layers and people can connect in various ways.
There is the main forum which is frequented by heads of state, corporate CEOs and leaders of the world. And then there are many alternative events which are called side events. The SDG tent was nice and so was Wisdom house.

以前はネイチャーテック系の非営利団体「Restor.eco」でチーフ・グロース・オフィサーを務め、戦略立案、資金調達、ユーザーコミュニティの拡大に取り組むとともに、国連（UN）、WWF、The Earthshot Prizeなどのグローバル組織とのパートナーシップを構築し、社会的インパクトを高める活動を主導しました。
Stephanie Feeney is Co-founder of DNAir, an impact-first startup, collecting data about non-human life on Earth (bio-data) to enable impactful and informed decision-making by industry, policy-makers, and communities in land-intensive and land-dependent sectors. Formerly Chief Growth Officer at nature tech non-profit, Restor.eco, she led strategy, fundraising, and user community growth as well as shaping partnerships for impact with global organizations like the UN, WWF, and The Earthshot Prize.
Prasoon Kumar, CEO and Co-Founder, Billion Bricks
Prasoon Kumarは、BillionBricksの共同創業者兼CEOであり、大統領デザイン賞の受賞者、TEDxスピーカー、そして気候変動と住宅問題の解決に取り組む社会正義の提唱者です。建築家として、インド、アメリカ、香港、シンガポールでの経験を経て、2013年に収益を生むネットゼロ住宅コミュニティを開発するためBillionBricksを共同創業しました。彼のリーダーシップのもと、同社の革新的な取り組みはシンガポールの大統領デザイン賞や世界貿易機関（WTO）での評価を含む多くの栄誉を受けています。Prasoonはアリゾナ州立大学で都市・環境計画学の修士号（最優等）を取得し、シンガポール工科デザイン大学やNgee Ann Polytechnicで教鞭をとった経験もあります。また、Singularity UniversityのGlobal Grand ChallengeやUrban Land Instituteの40 Under 40にも選出されています。
Prasoon Kumar is the Co-Founder and CEO of BillionBricks, a President’s Design Awardee, TEDx speaker, and social justice campaigner dedicated to resolving the climate and housing crisis. An architect by training—with experience in India, the United States, Hong Kong, and Singapore—he co-founded BillionBricks in 2013 to develop net-zero, income-generating housing communities. Under his leadership, the company’s innovative work has received numerous honors, including the Singapore President’s Design Award and recognition by the World Trade Organization. Prasoon holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State University (summa cum laude), has taught at Singapore University of Technology and Design and Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and is also a recipient of Singularity University’s Global Grand Challenge and Urban Land Institute’s 40 Under 40 Award.

Christianは、2009年にAventaコンサルティングを設立する以前、企業でのキャリアを成功裡に築き上げました。グローバル企業や日本企業に助言を行い、スタートアップの立ち上げも手がけ、2019年にはPDIE（Purpose Driven Innovation Ecosystem）を設立。PDIE GroupはEarthshot Prizeの繰り返しノミネーターに選ばれる存在となりました。現在はVenionaire Capital Japanのアソシエイトパートナー、並びにFuture Food Instituteのシニアアドバイザーを務め、より良い未来を目指したグローバルイノベーションに尽力しています。
Christian had a successful corporate career before founding Aventa consultancy in 2009. He advised global and Japanese clients, launched startups, and established PDIE (Purpose Driven Innovation Ecosystem) in 2019. PDIE Group became a repeat Earthshot Prize nominator. Now Associate Partner at Venionaire Capital, Japan and senior advisor at the Future Food Institute, he’s dedicated to global innovation for a better future.
